RETURN POLICY

Sometimes things don’t work out. We’re cool with that.
We’ve done our best to create this return policy to be as fair as possible for both of us. Please read it carefully and contact us if you have any questions before you buy.

 

Home Decor Items

Small home decor items (pottery, small wall art, tableware, etc) may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase. If we mail an item to you return postage is your responsibility, and the item must be returned in the same condition. If an item is returned to us damaged (for example if a piece of pottery is chipped or broken) we cannot honor the return.

Medium size items (end tables, dining chairs, lamps, etc) are subject to the same seven (7) day policy as small decor items. Please alert us as soon as possible if you want to return an item so we can pick a time to meet or pickup the item.

Larger home decor items (desks, tables, non-dining chairs, etc) and other bulky items are considered final sale. If the item truly doesn’t work out in your space we will do our best to work out a return arrangement but our storage space is limited at the moment and all returns will be contingent on whether we have space to take back the item.


Jewelry

All jewelry items are returnable within (7) days of purchase.
As above, return postage is your responsibility, and the item must be in the same condition for the return to be honored.

General jewelry note: Although LALO jewelry is made to the highest standards possible, because our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we suggest wearing our pieces for special occasions and other gentle use events. Natural stones can crack or shatter if dropped or banged so please take care around hard surfaces. Although jewelry breakage is not expected with proper care and use, it can happen, and the wearer bears all responsibility. If you’d like us to repair an item, we can do so for a flat fee of $50.00. However, as noted previously, if a stone breaks or cracks there is nothing we can do.


Design Curation &
Personal Shopping

With any curation or personal shopping service we aim to work closely with you to make sure you not only consent, but enthusiastically approve of any pieces (especially large pieces) we source for you. Therefore we must consider all curation and personal shopping items final sale.

For larger design projects, we may request a 50% deposit of expected initial costs. This deposit is non-refundable.


Hi-Fi / Audiophile Design

As with our design curation and personal shopping, we aim to work closely with you to design the perfect audio system for your needs and will get your explicit approval before any purchases are made. Therefore we must consider all hi-fi/audiophile purchases final sale.

For larger audio projects, we may request a 50% deposit of expected initial costs. This deposit is non-refundable.
